Employee Spotlight: Priya Parikh
We’re excited to introduce you to Priya Kalaria Parikh, one of our dedicated Workfront Configuration Consultants. Priya is a vital part of our team, working tirelessly to help our clients get started with Adobe Workfront and maintain their instances as they grow and scale. But what truly sets Priya apart is her passion for our company culture. She believes in the power of knowledge sharing and teamwork, valuing every opportunity she gets to learn from her colleagues and contribute to our collective success. What do you do at LeapPoint?
As a Workfront Configuration Consultant, I work closely with our Workfront Architects to configure and maintain their design in the client’s instance while also collaborating with our Integrations teams as needed. Essentially, I help clients get started using Workfront and then maintain their instance as they hopefully grow and scale.
What is your favorite thing about our culture?
The people! I quickly learned that everyone at our company has so much knowledge to share—not just with our clients, but also internally. Everyone is willing to jump in to help with client engagements, quickly respond to internal configuration/design questions, provide insight from their own experiences, and share tips, tricks and best practices. We truly do win as a team.
Which of our company values resonates with you the most?
People First. I have gone through many major life milestones during my time working a LeapPoint and I have always felt supported by leadership, my managers, and team. This provides a positive and encouraging environment where I feel I can continually grow, challenge myself, and have the support I need along the way.
What do you do for fun?
When I’m not busy chasing after my energetic toddler, I love spending time with my loved ones, traveling, cooking, visiting breweries with my husband (we have been to more than 175!), along with being an adventurous foodie.
