Congrats to Megan Shipley – LeapPoint’s First Chief Work Officer!

At LeapPoint, we talk a lot about Connected Work™ – where work, technology, and talent all connect to drive unparalleled business experiences and outcomes for employees and customers. We collaborate with our clients to:

  • Anchor every goal, every initiative, and every business process to enterprise strategy;
  • Deeply understand the customer AND employee journey;
  • Leverage native reporting, advanced analytics and Adobe Workfront enterprise work management software to enable those journeys;
  • Empower people to thrive in their work.

What is good for our clients is also good for us! LeapPoint is excited to announce the appointment of Megan Shipley to Chief Work Officer – a new, executive-level position dedicated to further connecting the human, process, and technical elements of our business as we continue to grow at an accelerated pace.

Megan’s deep experience in process and technology domains both as a professional services employee and consultant for some of the largest commercial and public sector organizations in the world, gives her extraordinary insight into how work should work. In her 7+ years at LeapPoint, Megan has consistently created positive change across strategy, culture, teams, partners, clients, technology, and processes.

“We created the Chief Work Officer executive-level position to ensure the same strategies and best practices we share with our clients are the same ones we leverage to operate our business,” said Nicholas DeBenedetto, LeapPoint CEO. “I am thrilled to have Megan’s unrivaled passion, expertise and enthusiasm for Connected Work at the Chief Work Officer helm as we continue to guide the industry toward the Future of Work.”
