Kate Tornatore

Kate leads the Implementation Services practice, engaging clients from requirements, architecture and design through to delivery to secure and configure solutions to help them achieve unparalleled business experiences and outcomes.

Prior to joining LeapPoint, Kate was the director of Strategic Execution at Penn State’s World Campus and responsible for the management of Penn State World Campus’s most strategic project portfolios, as well as resource management, talent development, process and procedure optimization, reporting, and project management system selection and implementation, with the goal of delivering the intended impacts and benefits to World Campus students and staff.

Kate also supported strategic planning for World Campus, identified and implemented initiatives that positioned the organization to optimize its capabilities, be agile in delivering maximum value, and accomplish its strategic goals.

A certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute, Kate has managed multi-million dollar projects executed across the country, large Federal government projects, and enterprise-level Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system roll-outs
