Employee Spotlight: Syliva Ye
We’re lucky to work alongside a team of passionate, people-first leaders. This month, we’re highlighting our Contract and Vendor Manager, Syliva Ye.
What do you do at LeapPoint?
I manage the pre-signature and post-signature contract and vendor process. That means I work on negotiating agreements, obtaining signatures, and making sure that contracts don’t lapse. I’m also involved in amending agreements to either extend them or add new deliverables. Being agile and flexible in meeting our clients’ needs is one of our top priorities. So, making sure that I keep everything organized and running smoothly from a contract perspective is not only important for LeapPoint, but also the organizations we support.
What do you love most about working here?
Definitely the people. When I attended the LeapPoint All Hands event earlier this year, I had just joined the company. I cannot begin to emphasize how astonished I was by the people that work here. Everyone is so caring, respectful, and honest. We truly do win as a team.
What company value resonates with you the most?
We put people first. This was something I learned growing up, and I feel like this value truly represents myself and LeapPoint. I’m fortunate to be part of a company that really cares.
Who inspires you at LeapPoint?
Our CWO, Megan Shipley. I work with her on a day-to-day basis and I’m always telling her that I hope to know as much as she does one day. She is intelligent, kind, and has the unique ability to always have an answer to every question. Megan goes above and beyond!
Also, our CEO, Nik DeBenedetto. I met Nik in person earlier this year, and I remember being in awe as I listened to him speak. It was truly life changing. He is humble, kind, and driven – a true inspiration.
What do you do for fun?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones; going out for a cup of coffee or brunch. I also try to have a healthy lifestyle. I practice yoga, barre, cycling, and weightlifting to keep me moving.
