What do you do at LeapPoint?
Throughout my career I have developed and managed on short and long-term system implementations for customers in the public and private sectors. Because of the variety of customers I support, no two days are the same. For example, I’m currently supporting a large Aerospace & Defense company and an NFL team. It’s great to have exposure across so many different industries.
What motivates you?
I have always been motivated by a challenge, whether it was overcoming the odds to be the first college graduate in my family or playing professional sports. I like to think that everything we experience in life provides an opportunity to grow and learn and reuse in the future. I’m also motivated by my awesome colleagues. LeapPoint is made up of the best of the best in our field and when you’re around this sort of talent it brings out the best in you.
Did you say professional sports?
Yes, I played college football at the University of Arkansas and professionally for the Washington Commanders. My experience in professional football gave me the background and experience I needed to lead a recent Adobe Workfront implementation with one of the top-ranked teams in the NFL.
What do you do for fun?
I am a very active person, often traveling 1-2 times a month as well as keeping a high intensity workout regimen. I consider myself a professional binger of many genres of entertainment. My kids and I enjoy watching and playing sports as well as frequenting our local food establishments.
