What do you do at LeapPoint?
I have the of pleasure partnering with LeapPoint’s diverse team of experts to enable transformative digital solutions for high-profile brands and institutions. My work is centered around assessing our clients’ marketing technologies, their goals, and their current state, and then developing strategic roadmaps to strengthen their marketing planning, execution, and optimization.
What do you love most about working here?
One primary aspect of my role is to drive Connected Work thought leadership, LeapPoint’s approach to breaking down siloes and ensuring optimum connectedness for how processes, roles, and technology can better come together within an organization. I find this work extremely engaging and I thoroughly enjoy the process of discovery and getting to know how our clients’ organizations are built and work.
What’s your favorite thing about our company culture?
I’ve been at LeapPoint for six years and what consistently energizes me is the power of our teamwork. We are constantly engaged in challenging work that excites me, but it’s the brainpower of our collective team that makes this work rewarding. We are constantly pushing and expanding the boundaries of solutions for our clients.
What do you do for fun?
I enjoy being outside exploring nature whether that’s at the beach or the beautiful scenery of the Pacific Northwest where I currently reside with my spouse and our dog. This year I’m on a mission to refocus on fitness and well-being since it’s been several years since my last ironman distance triathlon. I enjoy touring on two wheels both in pedaled and motorized forms!
